SPLASH™ eMTBR-tau243 Singleplex Kit

Why eMTBR-tau243?

eMTBR-Tau243 is an emerging biomarker that may provide deeper insight into tau aggregation and Alzheimer’s disease progression. Unlike upstream markers such as pTau-217, eMTBR-Tau243 may better reflect downstream tau pathology and neurodegeneration. A sensitive blood-based assay could support disease staging, longitudinal monitoring, and therapeutic response assessment.

Kit performance and specifications

This SPLASH kit is designed to quantify eMTBR-tau243 protein in biofluids using a qPCR instrument. Each kit includes sufficient materials to run a total of 96 wells across two runs.

Demonstrated minimal cross-reactivity with full-length Tau441: <0.015% (data available upon request).
